What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 6 months ago

We are sorry to hear you if there's something you did not receive! 

If you received the wrong item, please email us a photo of the item you received at [email protected] or [email protected] 

If there is a missing item in your order, please email us a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). 

Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as we can.
