HOW:
- Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN:
- PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
SERVINGS
- Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
